TRAIN
Develop full-body fitness.
TRAIN is the primary program offered at Underground Fitness. These 50-minute classes offer a variety of formats where our clients can train and be prepared for their active lives beyond the gym. Our four core class formats are Intervals, Strength, Endurance, and Intensity.

Intervals
Interval workouts combine a variety of upper, lower and full body strength movements with cardio and agility focused exercises in various work-to-rest ratios. Work intervals typically range from :20-:60, while rest intervals range from :10-:30. Each workout is composed of 6-8 movements with an intended daily stimulus.
Strength
Strength classes focus on slower, intentional movements and repetitions to challenge your muscles and enhance your overall strength gains. Expect to use heavy dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells in these classes.
Endurance
Endurance classes focus on improving your stamina by challenging you to move continuously for 25-35 minutes. High-repetition, light to moderate weight exercises combined with longer cardio efforts make up the majority of these workouts.
Intensity
Intensity classes are designed to increase your aerobic capacity utilizing prescribed work volume to be completed in a specific time frame. Work intervals typically last between 2:00-6:00 with 1:00-2:00 of rest. Both weights and cardio equipment are used in this format.

FIT (Foundations)
Build strength for a healthy life.
These 45-minute foundational classes follow a similar program to our TRAIN classes but in a smaller group environment. If you have minimal weightlifting or group fitness experience or are looking for a little extra attention and coaching, this is the class for you. We cap each FIT class at 8 participants.

LIFT
Gain total body power and strength.
LIFT is a supplementary program that operates at a slower pace than our TRAIN classes with emphasis on strength and power gains. Our core barbell lifts include squats, deadlifts, overhead pressing, bench press, and power cleans. While the barbell is the main focus, expect to see additional strength work in each 50-minute class.

Unlimited memberships & class packs provide access to any TRAIN or LIFT class. FIT classes priced separately.
Unlimited Monthly Autodraft
If you attend UF classes 3x/week or more, this is the best pricing option for you.

We don’t mind being your side hustle. Buy a class pack if you want to join a class when you can fit it in.

Single Class/ Drop-In
If you’re from out of town or visiting a UF member, we want to meet you! Out of town drop-ins MUST have recent strength training experience and complete registration prior to arrival. Payment will be processed once you arrive for class. We accept cash & credit cards. We allow drop-ins for TRAIN & LIFT classes.
